The Fame
"The Fame" (聲) is inspired by the Bushido teaching that fame and reputation are paramount. In classic Japanese culture, fame is synonymous with one's voice, representing the echo of one's actions and integrity. Samurai are strictly taught from childhood that their reputation must be upheld at all costs, as any humiliation or dishonor is shameful. This piece reflects the importance of maintaining a good name and the courage required to stand against unjust humiliation.
