We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. This policy outlines the eligibility criteria, procedures, and any applicable restocking fees for returning artwork ("Products") purchased on the BeART World JAPAN online store ("Store").

Eligibility for Return:

You may return most new, unused artworks within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Artworks must be in their original condition, with all packaging intact.
Opened or used products are generally not eligible for return, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Items on sale or clearance may be subject to different return policies, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.
The return and refund policy for certain products may differ. Please carefully read the product page before purchasing.

Exceptions:

Certain products, such as custom-made or personalized artworks, cannot be returned.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If the artwork is defective, or damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@beart.world

Return Process:

To initiate a return for any reason other than damage or defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@beart.world.
In your email, please specify your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Please also include a copy of your receipt (invoice).
We will then provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the artwork.
You are responsible for securely packaging the artwork for return and shipping it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance.

Refunds:

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will let you know if your refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded using your original payment method.
Please note that it may take time for the bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Return Costs:

Shipping costs for returning the artwork are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or damage during shipping.
In these cases, we will bear the shipping costs for returning the product. Please return the product with the shipping cost paid on delivery and we will reimburse you.
If the return is for your own reason (wrong image, wrong order, etc.), we will refund half of the purchase price. You are responsible for shipping costs in this case.
